USPS was lagging behind FedEX and UPS in customer loyalty and reliability indicators. To begin to change perceptions we needed to redefine what USPS meant to consumers. We started with a brand refresh focusing on modernizing and personalizing the institution.

The result has been a sustained uptick in consumer confidence and brand consideration year over year.
